Cancellation Policy & Withdrawal Form

Consumers are entitled to a right of revocation according to the following provision, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor his independent professional activity:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took or has taken possession of the last goods.

By way of derogation, in the case of a contract for the regular supply of goods over a fixed period, the withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, took possession of the first goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (SKYVE Atlas GmbH, Eisbergweg 14, 76356 Weingarten, Germany, Telefone: 004915204980292, e-mail: support [at] getinairs.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter or e-mail sent by post). You may use the attached sample revocation form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient to send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the end of the revocation period.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this Agreement, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (other than any additional charges arising from your choice of a different method of delivery to the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notice of your revocation of this Agreement. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse to make any refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us or to Amazon Services Europe S.à r.l., 38, avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855, Luxembourg, immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The period is deemed to have been observed if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You shall only be liable for any loss of value of the goods if such loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary for the purpose of checking their condition, properties and functioning.

Related/financed transactions

If you finance this contract by means of a loan and revoke it later, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is to be assumed in particular if we are also your lender or if your lender uses our cooperation with regard to the financing. If we have already received the loan when the revocation becomes effective or when the goods are returned, your lender will enter into our rights and obligations from the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the revocation or return. The latter does not apply if the present contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign exchange or derivatives). If you want to avoid a contractual obligation as far as possible, make use of your right of revocation and also revoke the loan agreement if you also have a right of revocation for this.
